My family and I recently stayed here and unfortunately our experience was not the best. One of the restrooms in our room would not get hot water at all. The water stayed cold and my daughter even cried because of how cold it was.
The room itself also stayed very warm and we couldn’t get the temperature to cool down enough to be comfortable.
Because the hotel is located in downtown Los Angeles, it is also extremely loud at night, which made it hard to rest.
Most importantly, I was very disappointed with the handicap parking situation. This is my second time staying here and both times the handicap spaces were taken up by luxury vehicles. When I asked about it, I was told to just park in the garage instead, which defeats the purpose of having designated handicap parking.
Overall, I expected better accommodations and accessibility for the price and location.
