The room was lovely and spacious and in great location. Sadly air con ineffective and left room feeling and smelling stale. You can hear all traffic noise and neighbouring rooms. When i arrived the hotel stopped all food and beverages would gave been good to know prior to arrival so alternative arrangements could have been made

The room was spotless, bed felt amazing!! Location was perfect! Staff was welcoming and very helpful! Made my stay in New Orleans a breeze!!

Hotel kept trying to charge my card 500, 200, 213- it was weird. Room was paid in full on first night. Stayed two nights.
