The staff were really friendly. It would have been nice to know that there would be not food/drink options at the hotel prior to booking. The room was tastefully decorated. I was disappointed that it took 10 minutes to get warm water from the shower.

Quiet and clean, tucked away from the noise, but an easy walk to Cesar's superdome and to Canal and Bourbon Street.

The staff was amazing. The bar and complimentary drink coupons were nice. We also enjoyed the restaurant and being able to walk across the street to the mall. Will stay again. Close to everything!

I used the $20 F&B credit given to me. The restaurant said it would be charged to the room and credited upon checkout. They charged $20 to my credit card on file instead of crediting me up front. When I saw the charge at home after checkout, they told me they submitted a refund the next day. That was 18 days ago. Ive made 2 calls to Expedia and 3 calls to the hotel with promises to resolve but no confirmation back from either party. This same thing happened to me at Old 77 a couple of years ago. Beyond frustrated

We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast. We will be back to stay in the 2 king bedroom again!!

Lovely place entrance can be better for when it’s large events

Very quaint and beautiful. Rooms are simple but very comfortable. Staff members are very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We will definitely stay here again!!
