Small rooms however they are clean. The location is great. A bit of an issue with payments. 3 of us booked and all got an email that our method of payment wasn’t valid- it never changed. They charged me twice for my room. Everything got settled but took a while for them to understand.

Great stay but the bathtub wasn’t sealed properly and water leaks into apartment underneath and fridge loves to leak water

Beautiful room. Well maintained property. Excellent location. Safe and close to theaters and sporting events. Very close to shopping and groceries. Excellent staff. Very attentive.

Its a tiny thing but, unlike most hotels the room layout has a nice separation between the bathroom and the sleeping area so if you prefer an early morning shower and your partner likes to sleep in, you don't need to fret about noise.

The hotel and staff are exceptional. They were very accommodating and allowed me early check in way in advance of my reservation

The service and accommodation of guests request were appreciated, staff was excellent, ideal location and large bathroom. The property could use an upgrade in certain areas - the rooms appeared dated, especially, given the particular room booked was on the high end of options and was somewhat below expectations.

It was nice. Our room was clean, it is just always on a a low floor and feels dated.

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back
