Was good, slept well.

Great location and walking distance to many shops. Easy to park. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly.

Clean very functional room with microwave, mini fridge and Nespresso machine. Bathroom also stocked with L’Occitane products.

The hotel was very nice. We went to use the pool and hot tub and found it had very large exercise facilities. The hot tub wasn’t particularly hot but it was a nice escape. There were two hot tubs but one was only open on the last day following maintenance.

Clean with good beds - nothing special but nothing to complain about either.

Great room at the Douglas, with a very comfortable bed, needs a more comfortable seating in the room though, the chaise lounge is kind of useless.. Great check-in team is very kind and welcoming. ate at the Victor steakhouse and Honey Salt, both excellent

No mini bar in room is disappointing in a 5 star hotel

Loved the fun colours everywhere, hallway lighting is very unique but nice on your eyes in the evening. Will definitely stay again

Location was great. Instructions were easy to understand. Place was clean for most part. Clean rooms, bathrooms were clean. Horrible odor from fridge. Couldn’t stand leaving it open for long, it stink the whole town home. Also host requested us remove our shoes at door. Feet and socks were black from dirt. Parking was easy, but we were also the only ones there.

Little noisy at 3am..guests returning from a night out were not especially ‘quiet’!
