The room was relatively clean upon entry. I did not choose to have my room cleaned during my few days stay. Showers are available 24 /7. Complimentary hot water and cold drinking water in a small but workable kitchen..pots, a few bowls, common area fridge and small room fridge. Laundry on site. Spa with a few hours of access each day. Located right next to a train station. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the dryer didn't dry all my clothes after 80 minutes and i asked for a complimentary coin to finish the drying of 1 pants, and a few smaller items. The non-regular manager was there and refused.

Great location,love the free drinks, dessers and ramen daily. The room was also very spacious which was surprising for a quad bedroom. Will definitely come again.
