Great stay, great location, helpful to have the laundry room in the building, would recommend!

The beach is incredible, but the location is not convenient for out of hotel restaurants or shopping unless you rent a car. The hotel is a good hour from the airport by taxi and the last airport shuttle leaves at 5:40 pm. The hotel is very dated and could use an upgrade but the rooms are huge and have a great balcony. The restaurants are somewhat overpriced for evening meals but the breakfast add on is highly recommended. Overall, if you want the best beach then this is a good choice.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay at the Osaka Hotel! I traveled with my 15-year-old, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was an excellent selection of fresh and delicious Japanese and continental food every morning, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. It was the perfect start to each day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka. We would happily stay here again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I arrived. Situated on the harbor, it offers stunning views of the city skyline and the iconic Rainbow Bridge, making it a beautiful place to relax both during the day and at night. The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and welcoming. It also offers several excellent on-site dining options, and if you want to explore, two shopping malls with additional restaurants and stores are less than a five-minute walk away, making the location incredibly convenient. What truly set this hotel apart was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuinely focused on providing an outstanding guest experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, this was the best hotel service I have experienced in years. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay with breathtaking views, an excellent location, and world-class hospitality.

Nestled in mountains. Nice shops nearby. Great gift shop and food. Great staff.
