I recently stayed at The Wilde Resort Hotel & Spa and had an overall pleasant experience. The location is decent—situated off a busy street but tucked into a more residential area, which made it feel quieter than expected. The grounds were very well maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Check-in was smooth and easy, and my room was spacious and comfortable. One standout for me was the daily room service, although the cleaning was light (noticeable dust on furniture), its a rarity these days and was greatly appreciated. The resort does have an on-site restaurant, which is convenient. However, unlike many hotels I’ve stayed at, there was no discount, coupon, or dining incentive offered to guests, which would have been a nice added touch. We checked in on a Saturday and checked out on Wednesday. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the complimentary yoga and on-site activities. While these offerings were a great idea, there wasn’t much happening between Sunday and Wednesday, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful property and with more consistent weekday activities and a small dining incentive for guests, it would be an even better stay.
