The staff was very friendly and welcoming. stayed in a single bedroom with a queen. very spacious room and big bathroom.

Went on a weekend trip with my mom for her birthday. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is in a great spot, right by all the shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting San Francisco! Will definitely be staying here again!

Arrived early and my room wasnt ready but they helped get me checked in and texted me when it was ready. The staff was super friendly and they provided a glass of champagne while i sat around, that was nice. My rooms ac wasnt working but the room never got too hot or cold so i didnt complain, besides that the room was good and the bed was comfortable. I got some room credit but didnt use much of it due to the prices at the minibar, but honestly ive seen higher prices elsewhere. Parking is expensive though, if you’re driving be aware.

Rooms are very very basic. There was also a very loud bar down in the corner from the hotel but right across from our room. Be aware if you want a quiet night sleep this is not it.

It’s right across the street from Oracle Stadium! All of the employees were great!

The hotel feels thoughtfully designed, ergonomically friendly, and incredibly comfortable. One of the best parts for me was how pet-friendly it is—without any extra charges or hidden fees. They even provided my puppy with a cozy bed and dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. While it is definitely on the pricier side, the experience is absolutely worth it—I would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

Great location and a nice property. Close to a Fishermans Wharf, the cable cars, and numerous restaurants.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. The beds were firm-great for anyone who has a challenged back. Elevator is vintage and really neat but, not made for modern luggage and wheelchairs. Super clean-I always check! Lovely, convenient stay.

Very quaint hotel but enjoyed the historical nature of it. It served us well.
