There was one receptionist that was incredibly helpful and kind. The rest of the staff is extremely slow at serving.
We rented the presidential suite...very nice suite but there was nothing to drink in the fridge and no snacks whatsoever.
We won't come back

absolutely wonderful views from the balcony, pool and sea. The staff was friendly and really nice, Javier (I don't know how to spell it) was a lovely guy. The only downside was the pool, it wasn't cleaned the whole time we were here.

A very warm welcome with cool towels and a popsicle. Rooms are stocked with 2 espresso pods each day which was appreciated. Air con in room never went below 23 degrees which was disappointing. Main pool is very nice, with plenty of cabanas, lounge beds, chairs, and an outdoor shower. Pool side service could use some work; staff does not come by to take orders. Gym is good with nicely appointed equipment. Breakfast spread is very nice but not enough bug fans to go around.
