The room was spotless! The staff was super nice and accommodating to our needs.

Such an amazing experience! My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago for the first time ever and we were so in love we had to come back with our kids! We surprised them with an overnight trip and they were AMAZED by how beautiful and “fancy” everything was. Valet is also wonderful, I believe “Curtis” was his name, long dark hair, always hustling. He is wonderful and such a nice guy, very insightful as well. We plan to make this a holiday tradition for the years to come. We don’t have experience during other seasons, but I have to say, Christmas time is the best time! The trees, the lights, the smells…it was all wonderful. The pool is also so beautiful and a great temperature (as well as the hot tub). Fresh, comfy robes for all 4 of us (my husband is a big guy, 6’2” 295lbs and the robe even fit him perfectly!). Cannot wait to return! Only “Negative” that comes to mind is that the room service closes at 10pm for dessert. I think this should definitely be available until midnight, just as the “late night snacks” were available to order until 12am. But all in all 10/10, will stay here again in the future for years to come.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and fresh. The breakfast delicious and well balanced. Honestly if I where to spend another weekend in Bellevue, without a doubt I would spend it here.

Room was nice but tiny. I was in a corner so maybe that was why it was so small. Front desk staff was friendly. Bar and restaurant closes at 8:00. We planned to have drink after coming back from dinner but it was closed. I had a lovely view of the market and location was very good.

Very much don’t judge a book by its cover. Looks great but very superficial experience. Almost none of my electrical outlets worked in my room and the plumbing was bad; specifically the shower whereby the drain plug was stuck down and the bath faucet wouldn’t fully close, leaving a bad shower experience. Additionally, DO NOT BUY BREAKFAST. It was literally a microwave in a bag sandwich. Like honestly I watched her open it from a plastic bag and microwave it. Not worth $22. Pros: dinner was good, the beds are comfy, and the staff was very courteous. But overall it’s a very mid experience
