Clean room and property. A bit awkward in terms of getting into and out of the property as the hotel has a very narrow entrance road that Ubers miss. Lacking in food options but good for a quick stay.

Very spacious, clean, and friendly staff.

Room size, layout and bed were amazing, Bathroom very small. Staff were awful. Very rude and unhelpful. We arrived at 6pm and saw that the restaurant was open until 9. When we got there at 8 we were then told there was no food because the restaurant was not open. There was no prior warning of this when we checked in, no one even bothered to mention the restaurant would be closed on a Friday evening (despite the hotel's own website boasting about its restaurant). We were then offered a room service menu (totally different to that of the restaurant) - which was basically a list of microwave meals, priced at 25 euros per meal. Very bad communication, no explanation and no apologies for this massive inconvenience. Compounded by the fact hotel is very far from anything, sitting on an industrial estate miles from anywhere.

Although advertised as a 5-star hotel, my experience felt closer to a 3-star standard. The property looks dated, with very limited amenities, and the staff were not flexible. It appears to need significant renovation to meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. I stayed only one night and arrived late, so my observations are limited, but these were my overall impressions.

Beautiful hotel, well designed, great staff, all very helpful, wonderful pool and gym.

Comfortable, clean room. Quiet. Good breakfast.
