The staff are the best. Helpful, friendly, courteous without resorting to bowing and scraping. The rooms are wonderful, and the bar is a buzzy window into the world of the movers and shakers of hip Helsinki. The Kamp ain't like the Ritz.....the Ritz is like the Kamp!

The room was nice with really comfortable beds. Having a nice gym and sauna in the hotel was great. Probably one of the best things was the nice kitchen we had access to.

Finland is truly the happiest country in the world! The people are fantastic and friendly. The services for all the two hotels we used are second to none yet! Rooms, staff, breakfast all wonderful.

This is an amazing hotel, every detail has been taken care of and the staff were all very professional, friendly and expert. The staff were able to provide really useful insight into local attractions etc. Breakfast was fabulous with a great range of hot and cold food, all with very high-quality ingredients. There is a cocktail bar on the top floor with very interesting local ingredients being used in 'seasonal cocktails'. Definitely worth a visit, but you may need to book at busy times. The hotel is spotlessly clean and everything is well maintained.

The apartment was excellent, spacious and well-appointed and in a great location. Perfect home away from home for a stay in Helsinki!

This is a very unusual hotel, being situated i an old jail. It conserves the main features of the jail but is very warm, welcoming and modernised. Very helpful staff. Best feature is the excellent buffet dinner and breakfast included in the very reasonable price. There is a tram stop immediately outside and it is also a short walk to the Viking terminal for the ferry to Stockholm.

I had a great stay. It was a nice boutique experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and I received a room upgrade upon arrival. There were some snack and drink options in the mini bar. The tv was able to stream Netflix, however, the other apps wouldn’t work. Although there was construction going on, the street that the hotel is on seemed pretty chill, while being just one block from esplanadi. Soundproofing seemed good, or I just got lucky with quiet neighbors. My only complaint is that they should create cooler, more customized hotel keys :)
