Hakaniemi Adults Only Vacations

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

Perfect base for our stay in Helsinki. Stylish apartment with all the amenities you need, excellent location and spotlessly clean.

Premium room disappointing for a 5 star hotel. First allocation was an attic room with a skylight instead of a window. Second room we were given which we reluctantly accepted had a view of internal courtyard roof and was very dark. Roof top bar is inside rather than a roof terrace. Offered an upgrade to pay for on check in but as it was 2nd floor city view we declined due to traffic noise. Breakfast selection was good but service let it down - slow to take orders and clear tables. Outside Bar at street level a nice place to sit if weather permits. We were looking forward to staying and although the hotel itself is nice our room spoiled our stay.

Really modern and clean hotels nearby the airport. Train station is basically below the hotel, 3 minutes ride to airport or 20 minutes walk. Breakfast was available from 04:00, really convenient for early flights. Room was clean and modern. Staff was helpfull, even I arrived at the middle of the night. They have also their own parking, pricing is a bit cheaper than P1/P3 in the airport. Recommend!

Excellent in all ways…breakfast, cleanliness, staff, bed and bedding. Quiet too!

World class 5-star hotel. Best in Finland. The new gym and spa are a great addition. Wonderful historic hotel with exceptional service right at the heart of Helsinki. The rooms have amazing beds and top class linen, and they are incredibly quiet.
