Good location, five mins from cathedral and sea. Sauna was ok, but male and females were separate, not ideal if in a couple. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, reception staff were always very helpful. Not kettle/tea in room, but you can purchase in reception. Bar is shut on a Sunday night.

Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

It was very conveniently located and comfortable.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

We loved everything abut this hotel and if we ever go back to Helsinki, would definitely stay here. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a desk and two sitting chairs with a table. Nicely furnished. Bathroom and shower were great. Bed and pillows super comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plenty varied and delicious and the staff were super nice. The location is excellent!!!

The service offered by the staff was outstanding. Food at the restaurant and breakfast was excellent. Room is very spacious. Sauna is very good.

Great location. In walking distance of main attractions or tram. Clean and great amenities.
