Room super clean Great people. Great Bar and Restaurant

Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!

Stayed for two nights and thought it was great! Beds very comfortable and no issue checking in or out. Didn’t eat at the property.

The location was very good - easy to get to from the airport (train to Frankfurt Hbf and 1 stop on the U-line) or into the rest of town. Some dining options nearby, not a lot of shopping or supermarkets/mini-markets in that part of town which we saw. We only stayed one night. I was surprised our room had 2 single beds and not a queen bed. The shower leaked _a lot_, covering a lot of the floor with water - we mopped this up with the extra towels provided. However, house keeping is only every 4 days, so we probably used up our multi-day towel allocation dealing with the shower door leak. Bathroom big, main room less so. Seemed good value for money, but there was nothing happening in the convention centre across the road and the hotel felt pretty quiet.

The room was very basic, but clean. Shower water pressure was great. The staff and morning breakfast were the most enjoyable.

The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful. My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option. I could hear every dropped dumbbell. Such a shame as the location is great.

Very nice hotel . Room was spacious , breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive . Only a short walk from main station and old town
