Engadin Adults Only Vacations

Our room was beautiful and had a view of the courtyard. Our AC was working properly and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was an absolute dream. I can’t imagine having stayed anywhere else in Switzerland.

Nice hotel, travel into Zurich via light rail no 51 very easy.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. I met one of the house keepers and I spoke to a several of staff members they were very helpful and polite. The only thing that needs adjusting is the door it would be nice if there’s a safety chain inside as I am a solo female traveler and things like this makes me feel safer. But overall it was a wonderful experience. Thanks to airport Zürich staff.

Overall poor experience. I hadn’t been informed that there would be an extra charge for a 3rd person even though I had booked the room for 3, 1 adult and 2 children (14 & 12 years old at the time of booking and checkin). I am perplexed that the extra charge for a 3rd person wasn’t matched by extra services; we still had only 2 bath robes until we requested for more, we only had 2 slippers until we asked for 1 more pair and we were given 1 bottle of mouth wash during the whole stay. The food eCHO was a cold lamb shank which had to be returned to the kitchen and the chicken burger at the Lenox bar was served without avocado and eggs. The chicken burger was also returned to the kitchen. The whole experience has been atrociously poor. Won’t recommend

Rooms are partially renovated. They are dirty and the hotel does not have air conditioning. One of the worse hotel I stayed in my life.

Clean place with close access to the train station. Not many amenities.
