I had booked the room as I had an interview nearby in London the next day. I wanted to take the burden of traveling off my plate, and just prepare from the hotel the day before. The hotel was lovely, the location was great and the staff did try and help. Unfortunately there were problems with the interview which were unable to be resolved, and this made the situation quite stressful. I appreciate this is an unusual situation, and ordinarily I would have rated the hotel more highly, it's just this aspect was so fundamentally important.

Bad choice. Don't stay here

"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe ..."
