The cleaners were very responsive. They gave us all we requested in 2 minutes. Breakfast was good. I will recommend the property.

Nice hotel. Could use some more light. Room hallways & elevators always seem dark with very little lights. Spa & services very nice. Good breakfast & breakfast staff so friendly. How about turning down the music volume around the pool area? Difficult to relax & talk at times with so loud. Makati not my favorite area, lots of noise & crowded, but if that's your thing! A bit skimpy on the in room soap & towels. Overall, nice hotel.

Everything was great. Staff was very helpful in verifying the exact rooms we booked. Just be mindful when getting the address. This place is made up of multiple clusters ( ABC etc...) Communicate with your host & ask what specific Phase & Cluster you're supposed to be in. You & your driver will truly appreciate it. The area is very close to great shopping malls.

Staff was great and helpful. Rooms are very clean and breakfast provided a good selection. Mall about a 10 minutes walk away.
