The property is clean if rather sparten. It could use some fresh paint and updated carpet. Staff is excellent and very helpful and breakfast spread is quite substantial. Unfortunately, the beds are like something you find at a summer camp and to say this place has air conditioning is a bit of a stretch. It has something that looks like an air conditioner, but that is the extent of it. Comfort is complicated by the fact you cannot leave the windows open due to the nearby nature park. Location is good. Some positives, but for this kind of price, I would look elsewhere.

Rooms were good but very noisy near the restaurant Shower grote needs scrubbed Food was good quality both in the restaurant and breakfast.

We absolutely loved this hotel. Its is a 5-10 minute walk from Saronno station which takes you directly into central Milan. The hotel is beautiful, very clean however the restaurant was not amazing in my opinion. That may just be me being picky however they didn’t do any pasta just pizzas and some meats. There are a few nice places in Saronno to eat, we visited in early March and it was very quiet. The breakfast was so lovely! Lots of different breads, a toaster, a variety of fruits, pastries, juices, meats, cheeses and hot sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs and boiled eggs. Lots of different types of yoghurt, and sweet treats! The pool was so lovely, nice and warm, on the top floor however the sauna and the steam was not working but this may have been due to the season. I really cannot praise this hotel enough, the staff are wonderful and the bar is great! Cocktails for €10 and snacks such as toasties for cheap also! I would definitely visit again!

Great small family owned hotel. Greta for summer vacations. Nice staff.

Very friendly staff upon check in. Hotel was just a very short walk from train station. Hotel room was hot but we were able to open a window to cool it off! The AC was not turned on for the season yet! We took a short walk to find a nice little shopping area with a few restaraunts. Someone tried to get into our room early evening but we had the internal lock on, thank goodness. It was kind of strange!

Great staff, great location for the train and a grocery store is part of the building. Room is starting to show some wear, won’t be long and the hardwood will need some refinishing. Tile work in the bathroom is starting to show its age. Lots of chalking used to stop water leaks. Bath plug and overflow cap was missing from the tub (not sure why). But overall was good, we would stay again. Canadian couple in for the winter games.

Staff waa very kind and helpful, and the food was some of the best we had in Italy on our trip!! Highly recommend trying their restaurant here!!
