The air conditioning barely worked. The hotel pretended to fix but didn’t. It’s clearly an issue with the property that they try to cover up. The hot water was not working for 2 of 3 days. There were little black bugs in the bed. They claimed it was typical in summer in Milan. Not sure. The front desk was knowledgeable about the area and nice but it does not make up for the other issues. It’s in a fair shopping area with a subway very close that you can easily take to duomo and high end shopping.

Breakfast was lovely and staff welcoming.
Plenty of trams and buses available. We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes.
The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). Would recommend and would stay again.
