This property is very well centered in the city, especially if you are going to be walking to most of the sites. The staff was very helpful, they always greet you with a smile and are more then willing to assist with directions, restaurant recommendations, etc. The room was spacious, clean, the bed was comfortable, bathroom very clean. I would also recommend the breakfast. This hotel had one of the best breakfast buffets that I have experienced in Europe thus far!

The room wasnt acceptable which wasnt noticed until the next morning because of our late arrival in the dark. The room was pretty but wasnt cleaned or maintained appropriately. The staff were great once notified and rectified the issue. The property has a high volume of travelers so this should also be put into account. The gym was decent. Pictures would be rude since they cleaned the room, Just making sure to help travelers to know what they are potentially walking into with this high traffic hotel. Thanks again to the staff for fixing the problem but guests shouldn't need to even be in these situations with the amount paid for certain high end accommodations.

I was not overall impressed by this hotel. The mini refrigerator in the room was very loud and they had to come and unplug it. The ac was quite noisy as well. The food both the dine in the room and the breakfast were mediocre. The first day we ordered a shakshuka and both times the eggs were hard boiled and not poached. Also they charge extra if you order something from the menu during the breakfast even though the waitress said that one dish is included in the breakfast price. The experience from this hotel didn’t meet the premium price and the standards of a five star luxury hotel. I don’t recommend it and I will not include it in my future travels.
