This hotel is located in a great area but the hotel was very noisy. The staff wasn’t very friendly.

I expected a bit more convenience for a 5- star hotel. Upon arrival, there was no valet, so we had to park the car and wait for someone in the garage to grab our baggage, we lost electricity in the morning we had to pack to leave to the airport, where we couldn’t see for more than an hour, our coffee machine didn’t work nor hair dryer… staff was on top of trying to fix it. They said the coffee bar isn’t open yet but still managed to get us some. So overall, they tried but we really wanted comfort after a long travel day and it was not that.

The staff and the service they provided was fantastic. Very nice ambiance and the food was excellent.

Great on site parking. Clean room, and good breakfast choices, which are free of charge.

Great location, clean and comfortable room, excellent value

Location was good that’s the only good thing I have to say. The staff was nice too. However, This room is for people who don’t mind small spaces/imperfections. The shower door was messed up and falling off. The bed was so uncomfortable. I could hear seagulls making noise all day and night. The TV had no channels in English..

This was an amazing place to stay. Customer service, cleanliness and breakfast was just perfect. Would come back again. Visiting from the United States
