We stayed in the best room at Hôtel La Pérouse Nice, and overall it was a pleasant experience. On the first night, the jacuzzi bathtub was unfortunately not working. However, the manager handled the situation professionally and did his best to compensate us, which we truly appreciated. The staff throughout our stay were very kind, attentive, and provided excellent service. Despite the small issue, we enjoyed our time here and would consider coming back. I sincerely hope to return with my girlfriend one day, and hopefully, next time, she will be my wife and we will be here for our honeymoon.

What a great choice to spend my birthday! After coming from Paris, from another great hotel, I have to say that the Carlton in Cannes is a marvel!! Their staff is what we loved the most, they are all fantastic!! From their bellmen to their managers, all attentive, friendly, professional and charming. We loved our room, have zero complaints, beautiful well maintained property, and the view is perfect. We will definitely return!! Thank you Carlton for taking care of us! We enjoyed our vacation and will tell our friends and family to come to you for a perfect vacation time.

Stunning hotel absolutely first class service from all staff..rooms were beautiful and had everything you need already there. Would highly recommend a stay at the Hermitage for a weekend. Great spot to explore beautiful Monaco.

We stayed at this hotel for 14 days. It was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Everyone in the concierge department was also very helpful. Rami, in particular, was incredibly gracious and helpful in assisting us in exploring the town and its surroundings. We will definitely be returning. The hotel & room is clean with safety box, kettle, tea/coffee box , 2 bottles water in fridge. The distance is around 3 minutes from train station, with all shops restaurants around，very convenient. The buffet is impressive, with american standards, servers wearing butlers uniforms, with variety foods, scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh fruits, yogurt, the best of my trip. The towels quality is much better than european hotels provided． i told manager The internet was unstable after 2 am in the morning before i left, he immediately checked with internet provider, very responsive in doing that. The price is good. i would recommend this hotel．
