Lake Windermere Area Adults Only Vacations

This was an amazing hotel and spa to stay at. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and stocked with amenities. We were able to enjoy Canmore/Banff and surrounding areas and unwind with the use of the spa. My only regret is not trying the restaurant. We would come back and stay here without question.

In my opinion, the Rimrock is the most attractive hotel in the Banff area. The staff is incredibly helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast is spectacular. The transportation into downtown Banff is very convenient. The common areas are very appealing and inviting.

We enjoyed our stay - the development is very premium and well placed. Communication was good. The room was well stocked. Some issues did detract from a 5star rating- building work is still ongoing and can start as early as 0730. Parking garage spaces are tight. Access and manoeuvring was completely fine - it was just the actual parking space. To be fair you can park outside or in the visitor spaces too. Water pressure was poor.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, well maintained hotel with two elevators, good full service restaurant and great breakfast and bar, and secure parking under the hotel.
