Size was very comfortable and bright - could use a few things to warm it up and create a softer more inviting atmosphere - small things like dimmer switch on lighting and coffee with filters to make the space more lived in and homey without loosing it’s neat orderly vibe. Also some curtains to add warmth and personality

Everything was great but would be nice to have black out blinds as the room got very bright very early each morning.

This property is not for those who are elderly or have issues doing steps. There are 20 steps to climb before you enter the lobby. There is another entrance but it goes through the restaurant in hotel and they do not want you to use this entrance or exit. For that reason I would not stay here again.

This is a great space, very comfortable and large. Communication was quick and easy. We needed an hour extension on checkout and received confirmation quickly. Only thing is the beds were a bit hard, could use a mattress pad. Great walking area, and 20 minute walk to old Quebec so we didn't need to drive to dinner.

What is unique is to find a quiet and natural setting in the city. What was the downside, There were a lot of hang-ups with lack of staff, lack of cleanliness in the room, inability to make a room change... all that left us wondering about the 5 star rating.
