Resort and staff exceeded expectations. Only callout was the cost of excursions and lack of shopping options.

Every detaile of this property was excellent including the staff, the food, the help except for when checking out I was surprised that I was charged for the boat ride from the airport to the hotel which cost me $285.00. I was shocked since Hotels.com did not disclose this charge. That was disappointing! I thought since spending almost $8,000 the boat was complementary. Please for the future disclose every charge.

Beautiful property especially over water bungalows. The staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly and gracious. Everyone from the breakfast staff to the dinner staff were so nice. The water sports team was so nice, one gentleman who competes in the outrigger team accompanied me on my 1st outrigger ride to show me the ropes. The buffet breakfast and French restaurant were delicious. The pool, water sports, restaurants, reef rebuilds are amazing parts of this resort. I would definitely highly recommend this place and go back but after the construction is complete. There was a lot of construction on the property, which was not mentioned prior on the Expedia website, which was disappointing. You will hear saws, drills and hammers in the distant. Also, construction teams will ride by your over the water bungalows around 8:15- 8:30am, during the day and 4:15-4:30pm. They try to stay a bit further out in distance vs the bungalows. I wished this was disclosed on Expedia’s website.

Staff amazing, over water bungalow amazing, views breathtaking and amazing, food amazing, water amazing, excursions amazing, spa experience amazing, need I say more…? Private, not crowded, easy and convenient! Did I mention amazing…?!!!! Loved every moment
