Beautiful property, great location - kind staff.

Great space for a group, very clean, nice views. Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous location, gorgeous views, brilliant breakfasts, super-helpful staff, lovely pool. Did I mention the breakfasts?

Wonderful stay - everything is new and place is well equipped. It is walkable to town and bus is convenient although beware that sometimes it is so full you can’t get on.

Hotel does not have air con which in the summer is critical for a hotel of this supposed quality. Also the hotel systems do not work across functions so we had to settle bar/restaurant bills at teh time plus teh 10% Pestana discount couldn't be applied. Spa staff were unhelpful when we turned up without our robes and slippers which were apparently in the room (but they weren't) it was very difficult to gain access.

Beautiful hotel with great location in Lausanne ! Plus a wonderful spa ! Nice Restaurants ! Spacious rooms! And most of all best staff ever !

Great hotel but horrible service. For example, when wanted to do laundry i had to call and remind the 3 (!) times till someone came in 40 (!) minutes. When checking out, the line was about 45-60 min wait When you order something for breakfast they simply forget. All service is very poor. But nice pool, good location and nice fascilities

Very fun aesthetic, a convenient location to town center and train station.

We loved this place and want to go back. It has so much character and charm and is located in a beautiful place. The amenities were great. The only negative, is the bed was not very comfortable.
