Staff were very nice & helpful. Long walk to Marienplatz.

First time visiting Munich and we are very happy we stayed at Torbrau Hotel Located right Old Town. Location was walkable to most attractions. Staff was amazing. Had great breakfast selection. Can't wait to come back

First off, the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the room missed its mark. The set up was awkward and a little run down. It could use a facelift. When the room was made up each day there was always something missing. It was either the small towels one day, or clean glasses the next, or the shower caps, you get what I mean, requiring a phone call to the desk every afternoon. It touted a heated pool/spa, which was barely staffed, the water was not very warm, the steam room was out of order, it was not worth our time. We were disappointed.

Really good breakfast. Buffet style with hot eggs bacon etc available. Dominque really helpful at reception. Room was clean

Really nice hotel .Well situated ,only a short walk from Marienplatz and the train station (easily accessible with luggage .)Breakfast was amazing ,with a chef cooking to order omelettes and eggs .

Clean room, great food, excellent spa area and massage offers, comfortable ski bus shuttle. We had an outstanding experience here!

Was a fantastic location for visiting the city. Very good hotel, clean, good food, really helpful staff and would 100% stay again.

Nice location close to the train station

Self check-in and no staff a bit if a surprise but OK. Seemed difficult to find food locally. What restaurants there were seemed shut, no serving food or only serving Wiener schnitzel.
