Great location- friendly and helpful staff— fans in every room and great open windows for the warmer weather- really enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Mayfair! Great location to restaurants and shopping - great for walking around. Very reasonably priced. Very Eco-friendly. Very comfortable and clean room. Comfortable bed. But the main ASSET of the hotel is the STAFF and FRONT DESK workers. They were so very helpful and assisted us with our needs - directions and maps, taxis and service. Front desk staff is wonderful. Really made this a pleasant stay! We definitely would stay here again.

We recently stayed at Henrik's twice for a total of a week. Location, breakfast & air conditioning were excellent. Rooms are small. No room to store suitcase. Closet not long enough to hang shirt. Safe on floor. Precious space wasted with 6 pillows taking up half of bed. When we asked that housekeeping remove the pillows that we didn't need, they stacked them on the floor & night table. Housekeeping did not come one day despite us having left request tag on room door. For 2 days I asked at hotel front desk to be provided with a smaller pillow as the 4 huge pillows caused me neck pain. No results. On the third day, I went to the front desk of the adjacent Ascot Hotel, & the agent very kindly came to my room within 15 minutes with a choice of 2 smaller pillows. Given the small rooms, it would have been nice to relax in the nicely appointed lobby/lounge area. Unfortunately, this was not possible in the evening when the pleasant inoffensive background day music changed into throbbing techno music. Overall, Henrik's was not as advertised "a luxury hotel with personalized service & spacious yet charming rooms".

The pool is the most amazing pool I’ve ever experienced - pictures don’t do it justice.

Great and convenient hotel, so nice to walk around the area and see the aquarium.

We enjoyed our stay for the Ironman triathlon. Comfortable and quiet room, excellent elevators, outdoor terrace was great, and Concierge Bernardo was fantastic. We will stay here again when in Copenhagen.

The location is very convenient to train stations. Both the Metro and the S Train. The roads are a bit bumpy so plan accordingly if you plan on using a roller suitcase. Also, our room was in the Charlottehaven Tower which was a separate building down the street from the main Charlottehaven complex. We didn’t have an issue with this as the rooms were great, but if you want to use the gym/pool you have to walk back down the street. Other than that no complaints.

Stayed here during fashion week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. I also used the laundry room. The food was good for dinner at the restaurant. I did want more options for lunch so I didn’t eat then. There’s a grocery store just downstairs from the hotel. It has everything you could need. I did have to Uber to the places I needed to go which was around $25 one-way for 3 miles but they do have bikes you can rent. I’ll be back!
