Mohammed and the staff were super attentive, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious everyday. As I traveled with my sister only, they made us feel safe and comfortable. Only issues was WIFI it was constantly in and out. Overall the staff and view made the perfect stay.

The hotel is super plain, but super friendly. The food is amazing. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Shout out to Mr. Rafiq in the front desk Nermine & Basant by the pool and everyone else that made my stay extra special.

Every little detail was perfect. There's a reason why I'm loyal to the ritz . It's the consistency the excellent service the attention to detail. It truly makes me feel like I am on vacation and it is worth every penny and more. The rooftop/restaurant has a nice view of the pyramids. Delicious food and plenty of options as well. Great location to visit the GEM and Great Pyramids. Not far to get into Cairo. Water can be finicky. The staff is a delight and very welcoming and helpful.
