Lovely room - very clean and staff very helpful.

Règle générale cet établissement est bien. Nous avons toutefois eu un problème avec le coffre-fort dans la chambre qui n’ouvraient plus la veille de notre départ. Nous avons du mettre de la pression à la réception pour qui nous envoie le responsable qui demeure à l’extérieur de l’établissement…il est arrivé à 23:00 pour régler la problématique contenue que nous devions quitter l’hôtel à 6:00 a.m le lendemain matin. Nous avons trouvé aussi que l’entretien pourrait être beaucoup mieux à l’extérieur, il y à beaucoup de carrelage endommagé sur les trottoirs.

Hotel was nice clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was all AMAZING especially Fatima she did my welcome meeting and helped in finding the best excursions and tours.The hotel spa was also AMAZING did my first hammam massage and it was great, had an amazing experience. The food was ok, being in morocco i really wanted that authentic Moroccan cooking but unfortunately the hotel was more mordern in the foods. After 2 nights and the food was the same i ate dinner out the rest of the time. Alcoholic beverages were weak and watered down even shots were watered down. The hotel does offer nightly entertainment like karaoke, shows, live band music etc. but by11pm everything is closed and over for the day. No food, drinks, nothing after 11pm. So again went out most nights. Rooms was ok clean and comfortable, even though room was cleaned daily towels and sheets were not changed had to ask for new ones. Overall ok stay hotel grounds are gorgeous and hotel is gated with security.

We had a fantastic three night stay at Riad Hamdane. The Riad was spotless and beautiful interior. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially Housni. The Moroccan breakfast was delicious, on the lovely roof terrace. Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is abundant and fresh, and varies from day to day. Tea/ coffee is available all day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I had to go to the international hospital for an emergency, the staff not only arranged transportation but also assisted and accompanied through the entire process.

Exceptional hotel, excellent staff and a really enjoyable stay

The place was very nice and the staff was very accommodating. The location in the Medina is good and the breakfast is nice in the courtyard. The hammam and massage was wonderful. Car service to and from the airport was great and highly recommended.
