Costa Azul Adults Only Vacations

This was our second stay at Mundial. The staff was very helpful, even lending me a voltage converter because I had forgotten mine. The location is close to Rossio Plaza, the Baxia, Chado and Alfama neighborhoods, and easily accessible to the airport. The hotel will reserve transfers to and from the airport at reasonable cost, if asked. The rooftop bar is overpriced, but a nice amenity, as is the complimentary breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Verify your room accommodations. Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. It was not, however, equivalent to the room we had on our first stay. I will definitely return, but I'll be more careful about the room assignment (view, beds, proximity to the elevator, etc.).

very nice hotel wish i stayed longer

A charming old-fashioned hotel where we have stayed before. Convenient for all the attractions of Lisbon, but away from the noisy Av de Liberdade. Sad to hear that is going to be renovated into a "modern" hotel...

Exceptional housekeeping and the staff went above and beyond

Second time I stayed at this hotel and mostly because the staff is outstanding in their friendliness and hospitality. Feel welcomed and treated so nicely by everyone. The restaurant is amazing and the waitstaff so friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming as well as so well trained in etiquette. Such rare hospitality excellence is so very much appreciated. Will return for sure. The location is awesome as well and less than a ten minute drive from the airport. Great walking experience around the Parque das Nações. Keep up the good work Myriad by Sana.

The hotel and room are very clean. Staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was diverse, delicious and of good price. The location is prime, surrounded by a lot of good places to eat and shop, close to city center and airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good clean and spacious room with attentive & helpful staff. Walking distance to El Corte Anglais and several local restaurants.

Clean and modern room. Was nice to be in a new hotel, I like the design. We stayed in the ‘Premium’ room but I’m not actually sure what it gets you, they all seem the same. The bathroom is big but is a unique experience to have it be all open to the rest of the room & bed. The glass dividers aren’t opaque enough so you can sorta see the person taking a shower. One downside during our stay was that our bathroom sink didn’t drain and they couldn’t fix it. The water would get all backed up. Didn’t make it feel like a “5 star” experience
