Dedham Vale Adults Only Vacations

I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have a small continental breakfast bar and a menu offering traditional English and Indian breakfast all inclusive. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. The Indian restaurant is excellent for dinner and they have a nice bar.

Rooms were lovey and hotel and staff were lovely! The spa let the stay down, steam room didn't really work, and a few other things In the spa didn't work, like the rain shower and one of the waterfall things. Spa was over crowded also.

Alovely chic little hotel in Kensington with everything you need and a lovely comfy bed which felt very luxurious.

Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Room Amenities The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the location is excellent. The room also matched the description and photos provided on Expedia. Unfortunately, the room amenities were very disappointing. The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent. These are basic necessities that should be provided by any hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them. I would advise future guests to consider these drawbacks before booking, as a great location and friendly staff cannot compensate for such essential facilities not working properly.

Great rooms Excellent lighting V comfy beds
