Courteous friendly staff and nice room

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing from the front desk to breakfast and bar. Location is great - I was initially hesitant about the tram, but found it was convenient, got you were you needed to go, and frequent enough to be a great way to get around the city. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a very nice property, the rooms were clean and the service, from the moment we arrived was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic but you will pay 45 euros if you don’t get the room package.

Amazing location and experience

I love this hotel. It’s my home away from home, in my old hometown. The rooms are cozy, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the food is delicious.

Breakfast was amazing with various options of hot and cold foods. Meat, eggs, German bread and Brötchen along with cheeses were laid out nicely. There were fruits, vegetables, cereals, coffee, tea, juices...the works! The bar is cozy, the gym and sauna are clean. The hotel is next to public transportation and the area is safe and walkable.

Best customer service

We stayed here for over 10 nights and included the breakfast buffet. The hotel was great but unfortunately the buffet was the same every day.
