It is a good no-frills option in Beverley Hills and close to UCLA. Rooms are ok - beds pretty good, bathrooms are new. There's no restaurant and not much else besides coffee and flavored sparkling water. But it was convenient and not a bad price. Be careful getting parking - the garage is closed on weekends and you have to go into an office building and get let in by a security guard to get your car.

The hotel is very expensive for the overall quality. Rooms are tiny without desk or closet. The sewage system is really old and it smells terrible. The wifi is instable. The location is the best, just 5 minutes from the Vatican and 7 minutes to the metro station. Breakfast was good.

This Hotel is A++, great facilities and such a caring wonderful staff. The team at this hotel really care about you and their attention to detail is second to none. The room was spotless and well appointed. What a wonderful stay.

Excellent location. This was one of the few properties in the area that had a room for five people. It’s a typical NYC hotel room, but the beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. They give two complementary bottles of water and there is a small refrigerator in the room. Storage for your luggage is under the bed. The hotel also offers a small café, which is convenient.

The Riu Plaza Hotel is in a great location when you’re in NY as a tourist. Rooms are small and rather spartan. There is no closet, so I had to unpack in the drawers of the night tables. Also, air conditioning was insufficient, so it felt very hot on most nights of my stay. There were long lines at breakfast; otherwise it was good. Plenty of selections of hot and cold foods
