Todo estuvo genial, el personal es súper amable y pendiente a todo, las habitaciones super limpias el desayuno es 10/10 buena ubicación ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Solo les quiero recomendar algo el aire acondicionado no enfría bien y no estuve en una si no en dos habitaciones diferentes y pasé calor pero todo lo demás está muy bien mil gracias y volveré 👍

Noisy location with noise from the square - not well sound proofed. Was also supposed to get a bottle of wine with my stay and never did

A big thank you to Konstantin, Paula, Lucas and Azahara. You made our trip to Madrid very special and memorable. Stunning design and decor in the common areas and the room. Very clean also . Excellent food. We enjoyed our stay so much, that we extended it.

Cleaning staff was exceptional. Had gluten free options which was nice. Magnetic cards to Open hotel room failed 2/3 times. This was pretty annoying.

Perfectly located. Walk to everywhere.

Hotel Ursa was in a quiet and pretty neighborhood but still had the convenience of a big metro station nearby, good restaurants and interesting shops a short walk away (and in some cases across the street!) And, it was a beautiful luxurious hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.
