quiet peaceful very private small hotel ideally situated near heart of historic old cannes. Staff very low key and professional. On site Parkin g, at additional cost, is a plus. Our room was small this time so would definitely aim at upgrading to a larger room overlooking garden.

My accommodation was spacious. I booked the Triple Room, which has two Balconies. All that was in our rooms was clean and positioned neatly. The staff are very kind and helpful as needed. They are a 24 hour service, which is amazing! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location because you’re not only directly across from the train station, but there is plenty of delicious food selection from cafés and restaurants that are all walking distance to some amazing areas. The popular shopping strip is near too. There are parking garages near by as well in case you drove and need a secure place to park. Your stay here is worth it. Enjoy!

I was there one night very nice

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was lovely. The only downside was that we booked the room for four people, but the balcony was very small and only had two chairs. Unfortunately, there wasn’t enough space for all four of us to sit and relax on the balcony together.

Loved this stay. The air conditioned room was much appreciated after a long day out in the heat. Room was clean and very spacious. The staff was wonderful and even let us borrow towels to take down to the beach.

Wonderful staff

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

Overall our stay was fine. The staff were friendly enough and the hotel itself was sufficient for our stay. Pros - Really yummy breakfast was included every day, the location was close to sites, restaurants, and the waterbus/vaporetto dock, and there is a garden terrace space within the hotel. Cons - The room was clean enough but not well maintained from years of use (and this was obvious with broken decor, missing bathrooms tiles, styrofoam attached to the wall) and the walls are PAPER thin and could hear everything (between neighboring rooms, hallways with staff cleaning or prepping breakfast, and even people making noise or walking outside).
