Texada Island Adults Only Vacations

The Hotel is welcoming and friendly with our room being cleaned daily. It is on the south end of the village but we loved it for its quietter surroundings and outdoor pool and hottub. We would stay here again.

We booked a room over looking the water and western Vancouver. The view was fantastic. Well worth the extra money. the hotel is at a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy restaurants in walking distance. The room is spacious and clean. and the self parking next to the hotel is expensive but very convenient. However, the staff at the front desk when we checked in was kind of cold and stern. and did not mention the $50 beverage credit that we should have got. That was very disappointing and cheesy.

Honestly the best-the staff go out of their way to make your stay perfect. I've rarely seen such great customer service. The Hotel is perfectly situated to the waterfront, subway (airport access is ridiculously easy) and has a really nice cocktail bar. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Vancouver

I didnt need the air conditioning but the temperature was pretty good.

This fantastic hotel is perfectly located for easy downtown sightseeing. We recently stayed and walked to a hockey game. Also walked to Seabus to get to the north shore for dinner the next night. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful and the attention to detail was impressive. Would stay there again the next time we are in Vancouver.

Great room at the Douglas, with a very comfortable bed, needs a more comfortable seating in the room though, the chaise lounge is kind of useless.. Great check-in team is very kind and welcoming. ate at the Victor steakhouse and Honey Salt, both excellent

I stay here a couple times a year, I love the friendly staff the convenient location. The kitchens are a huge benefit for me. I love the Balcones and the views.

We went down for a Canucks game for my son’s 11th birthday and stayed here. I had emailed the concierge prior to our stay about our plan. Upon arrival the front desk, valet and bellhop all wished my son a happy birthday and when we entered our room there were Canucks coloured balloons, a pic of the mascot wish him a happy birthday, a cloth cake and even a Canucks scarf. My son was so excited and I was so very touched. It made us feel so special.

Nice hotel/condo. Convenient location, lots of services and good nearby. Clean rooms and spacious. My only complaint is one of the elevators was out of service which caused major delays getting to and from our room on the 7th floor.
