Pacijan Island Adults Only Vacations

The room was good. Staff was OK

If you want to get away from it all , this is the place, this little island . No casino , no golf club, no cars, no TV, only adults , landscaping lovingly maintained , but not excessively, super friendly staff, incredible massage team. Bring books and relax and sleep off your stress , on this island you are condemned to do nothing but enjoy the hospitality.

This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again.

Staff amazing and the room was everything the photos showed. Great beach Bit to far away from things, 3 weeks was too much and we left earlier than we had booked for Restaurant staff went above and beyond but the food wasn’t the greatest Would certainly recommend it for a shorter stay

Suppose to be a 5 stars hotel, but services provided, doesn’t support that; All times I went out of the hotel, or came in, there was NEVER a bellboy at the entrance, to help with the luggage. On the day of my arrival, I had to take out my heavy suitcase from the taxi’s trunk by myself, since there is no one out there to help you. If by coincidence they notice you from within the hotel, they would come to help, but in most cases, it is too late… Executive lounge is nice. One day everything was fine, the other day, they forgot to put spoons and tools, in order that you will be able to take some food from the display. Even after I told them, they took out some, but still some of the dishes were missing those spoons. Has to be a regular manual, that they go by, to control the quality of all regular operations. No envelopes or papers in the room, a standard in 5 star hotels. Other than that, it was quite nice.

The staff is excellent.

Super beautiful facilities and friendly staff

Staff are very courteous and friendly. Our room was cleaned daily, bottled water and coffee, personal care items were refilled and fresh towels provided. We love their breakfast buffet and the Halina outdoor restaurant. We were glad they have a beach access which we enjoyed early in the morning before it gets too hot.
