I loved everyttging

The hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived the hotel had a fantastic ambience. The door is right on the main canal and the local ferries drop at the stop just a few feet away. The hotel staff and manager greeted us upon our arrival and provided excellent information about the area and restaurants. I would 1000% stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, with lots of shops and restaurants around, and main attractions within easy walking distance. Also a very good breakfast. Particularly noteworthy is the excellent front desk staff. Martina provided excellent service via email prior to our stay to arrange transportation to Trieste, and was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. Harley also helped with travel arrangements prior to our actual stay, and responded immediately to every email. Last, but not least, Frederico was very kind and helpful, even arranging for and walking us to the Rialto dock to help us locate and board a private water taxi. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, staff courtesy, asked needed anything else

The hotel, pool, staff and room were perfect. The staff were very helpful and nice. The breakfast was amazing, loads of fresh fruit all brought to your table. My only complaint was that the bar charges for drinks were really random. One time a tea was €5 then it was €8 the same for orange juice, it was like they made up the prices, everything else was perfect!

The beds were not comfortable and old hotel. Staff was great location was great but rooms are too old and not comfortable beds

Hotel is nice and location cannot be beat. Staff is friendly. We did not get our VIP perk promised by Expedia.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very helpful with transportation and anything we needed. This is a very nice hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the bartender, to the breakfast wait staff. Beautiful property.
