The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The management did everything they could to make us comfortable and even were very flexible when we had to extend our trip because of a snowstorm back home..

Great location. Condo was as advertised. Works well for families. Heated pools were wonderful. Restaurant next door was lovely. Great location for exploring Miami Beach.

We had a great time here for the week. Walkable for groceries and to the local beach. We did end up getting a car and that was good to have too. Pool was fantastic, and staff were very friendly.

I highly recommend this hotel . Great hospitality. Quiet and clean environment. Parking was very convenient as well. Make sure to come to this hotel if you’re in the Miami area

The room was very clean, although it was a bit weird as we walked in with all the doors and cabinets in the kitchen opened, which i assume was done from cleaning. The only thing that I had an issue with was the communication with the host. The front desk is only where you check in and check out. They aren’t able to provide services throughout your stay. It was hard to get in contact with the host and I didn’t get a response until a day later after I had contacts Expedia for support. For some reason the microwave wasn’t working, but was fixed after someone came to look at it. One of the other issues was that the cabinet under the sink was not connected which was a minor issue but somewhat inconvenient as that is where the garbage was. If you plan to cook, you have to buy all your ingredients such as oil, salt, pepper. They do have plates, pots and pans, and everything else you need to cook with, just no condiments or anything. Overall, it was a nice stay, I will say I was in the 2nd floor so some street traffic and noises made it a bit noisy, but it was a beautiful room with a beautiful view.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. Didn’t use parking because I traveled out of town and took uber from airport but there are really nice parking garages every other street it seems. Great hotel for solo women travelers or girlfriends trips. I was in town for Dolce and Gabanna exhibit at ICA and it was like 5 minutes away from hotel. Extremely perfect location. I will surely be back with more girlfriends looking for a great , safe place to stay . Great restaurants on the premises as well. Take advantage of happy hour bites and drinks, very good. Great lady restaurant attendants that take your picture without looking annoyed :) they took some of my girlfriend and I best traveling picture. Keep up the good work everyone. Location is everything and the Penguin provides exactly that. You are just steps away from the beach, right at Lummus Park and Ocean Drive, but without the noise of all the restaurants on Ocean Drive. The staff is very nice. The rooms, especially the bathrooms are small. Most rooms will not have a view. However, the rooms are clean and provide everything you need to rest up at night before going back outside to enjoy everything South Beach Miami has to offer. The AC units are a bit older and noisy, something that could be improved on, as well as the shelf right above the sink, which should be moved to the other side. Additional areas to hang wet clothes or towels would be nice too. The bedding was simple but clean. A headboard would have been nice and could spruce up the room instantly. The pool area provides a nice view of downtown Miami. It’s not big but if you want a pool, they got one. The Penguin is nothing fancy but was exactly what we needed during our stay, affordable, right at the beach, watching sunrises every morning with only a few steps to the beach and in walking distance to all the hot spots. We were happy with our decision to stay at the Penguin.

Location is perfect for South Beach, with direct access to the beach via a cut through. Rooms were clean and functional. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very good as well. I would definitely recommend!

Positives - Great food! Great amenities! Great section of the beach! Rooms were clean and modern! Negatives - Staff checking us in were not overly helpful - very transactional and seemed annoyed with any questions. - Beach had a lot of garbage - would be great if people would clean up after themselves, but if not, if there was staff to help pick up the garbage.
