Internet was terrible. But the housekeeping staff was amazing. AC in the room wasn't cooling the room properly

Service impeccable. Chambre avec une vue incroyable sur Macau. Confort de la literie top notch. Rien n’était trop demander pour le bureau des concierges. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre mon séjour parfait. Hôtel superbement bien placé. J’y retournerai sans hésiter. Un vrai 5*.

Beautiful property, location and staff. Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK. My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket.

The hotel is very luxurious and staff are super friendly and polite. The hotel room is cozy and well maintained.
