Beautiful property, location and staff.
Very clean and comfortable. There are not too many eateries close by, though 5 guys the hamburger place in B1 is brilliant... best burgers i have ever tasted. The cleaners are very prompt and efficient. Overall a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a well stocked supermarket in the basement and the Swan Restarant has a superb buffet breakfast for $218HK.
My only gripe is that there is no bar, but you can buy alcohol in the supermarket.

Staff fantastic. Joanne front desk so considerate. Anna as concierge was very helpful. Staff at breakfast very thoughtful.
