Vallejo Adults Only Vacations

The large building was a maze, and I found myself lost several times. The staff would tell me where to go, but then a door would be locked and I had to backtrack. I put the “Do Not Disturb” tag on my door, but the cleaning lady still knocked, and I had to tell her several times that I was busy. Hotel room was average at best.

Unique hotel. Beautiful lobby, & bar/restaurant. Employees at the front desk were very pleasant. The room was very well maintained. Quiet. One window was broken. Very nice stay for the night🙂

We recently stayed at the newly renovated Residence Inn in Pleasanton for five days, and it was truly an amazing experience. The property is beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful and accommodating the staff were—especially in meeting the needs of my child with special needs. My son has gross motor challenges and autism, so I requested to be near the main amenities for both safety and ease. The staff was incredibly understanding and moved us from a separate building into the main one. From there, we could walk right out our door, through the pool patio, and directly into the breakfast area. That small change made a big difference for us, and I’m so grateful for their flexibility. The team was consistently kind, respectful, and genuinely considerate toward my son. You could tell they were not only professional, but also compassionate and patient, which means everything to a parent navigating special accommodations. We also used the hotel’s grocery run service at 9 AM, and it was flawless. They picked up everything on our list, and the staff member even called me once to confirm if I wanted to swap an item that wasn’t available—she went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we needed. If you’re traveling with children, especially those with special needs, I can’t recommend this location enough.
