Brilliant and beautiful hotel. We were upgraded by the hotel to a sea view and the room was brilliant. We used the hot tub in the room a few times. The hotel had loads of activities and different restaurants that we checked out. Staff were amazing all around. Super helpful and accommodating.

check in took forever and we weren't able to check into our rooms until late and not until the evening for 2 of our rooms. We had 5 rooms in total. It was awful

Breathtaking property. They do a wonderful job of blending modern comfort with the natural beauty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Located on the beach, this resort doesn't make you choose between a pool day and a beach day, you can have it all!

This is the second time we’ve been to this resort and I couldn’t recommend it more. The food, staff, amenities, and overall property are great. Only tip would be to either book poolside cabanas in advance or commit to waking up really early to secure loungers by the pool as they fill up quickly.

The overall experience based on the price was very mediocre. TV was of poor quality in terms of resolution. The mini fridge was laughably small and was missing a harness to hold drinks. My bidet didnt work. The fake fireplace was really just a poor quality space heater. They said they upgraded me ...
