こんなにデジタル化されてる場所だとは！ 驚きました。 最初のエレベーターのドアから、部屋のドア、ランドリーのドアまで、自分の端末を使ってオープンしていく仕組みです。 エントランスには1人いらっしゃいますが、あまり丁寧には説明なく、 自力でエレベーターを上がった後、お部屋はどこだ？と、わかりにくかった。 迷子になりかけましたが、 幸いにもこちらのスタッフさんが廊下にいてくださったので、親切に助けてくださり、 やっと使い方を理解できました。 一通りこの直接的な説明を、チェックインでしてくだされば問題ないかもしれませんが… こういうのを経験してない者にとったら、とても難しい体験でした。 お部屋の中のベッドや台所もデジタルで動くもので、びっくりしました。 外出中、もし携帯の電池がなくなったら、夜はエントランスのドアも鍵がかかってるので、すごくピンチになります！

We had such a wonderful stay here! ❤️ The place was clean, cozy, comfortable, and very convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and felt so comfortable during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. We had a great experience, and for sure, the next time we visit beautiful Switzerland, we will be staying here again! 🇨🇭❤️

The room was super clean and very nice, exactly like the pictures. The building was lovely too. The room had all kind of amenities, it was a bit out of the centre but works perfectly as there are loads of options to get you there under 15 minutes!

This was a great place to stay. While atypical from your standard hotel service wise. It was a great value option that was actually nice. The room was very nice, clean with some cool technical features. The electronic access also made things pretty smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay

The security of the building and room is superior. The location is great and we caught the public transport easily. The room was clean and communication with the property manager was good.

Una estancia impersonal . Nos dieron habitación muy separadas , todo se hace por aplicación . Ni como preguntar nada . No teníamos pila del celular para entrar al lugar así es que se volvió un caos. Y no puedes hablar con nadie así como te asignen y te dejen te quedarás sin mejorar nada

The room was perfect for me and my fiancé. We spent a week in Switzerland in the apartment was in the perfect spot for us to catch the bus or train and Aldi’s and cops were right around the corner. We got an early so we were able to walk from the train station and also stopped by McDonald’s. They came in halfway through the week and refreshed the bed and towels. We love the fact that we were able to shop at Aldi‘s and bakes our own food. There’s no microwave, but we didn’t care about that. The oven and mini fridge was all we needed. We could figure out how to work the AC, but that didn’t matter either. We left the window open. She also let us check in early, which is a plus. But overall, it’s a 10 out of 10. You have to stay here highly recommend.

Location was convenient for train travel, but there wasn’t much to do in the immediate area. The check in process was difficult, and although we were told we would get an email with the checking details at 3pm, we didn’t get it until about 3:15 (we were waiting on the premises after a long day of travel), and it took another 25 minutes to sort out the check in process. Room was clean & modern, with lots of amenities (fridge, stove, dishwasher). View wasn’t so nice - office workers in their pods…

We stayed there for 5 nights and overall a great experience. We arrived late on a Saturday evening and had a bit of trouble getting to our room as everything is digital: checkin, getting into the building, lift & room, and my phone nearly died! Lucky we met a nice couple at the entrance and they showed us how to use the WebApp and get into our room. Tip for people just arrived from overseas, make sure your phone has power and you have enough mobile data on your mobile phone. Without data & sufficiently powered phone you can't get in! The room is nice and very modern. Clever design of the 'bedroom' and kitchen space with the moveable bed & wardrobe units, although the buttons didn't always work. There is also a bigger common area where you can cook, rest and work (if you're on a working trip). The roof top has a Pingpong table which is a great bonus :-) Washing room is very equipped with washing machines & driers, plus clothing racks if you prefer them. The staff at the reception (Mon - Fri) & room services are very helpful.

Chambre d'hôtel très propre et système très sécuritaire ( avec clé numérique). Hôtel très calme et possibilité d'accéder à de l'électroménager (lave-vaisselle et frigo dans la chambre en elle-même) Le seul point négatif : méthode pour check-in assez floue, même en demandant des explications on nous a juste dit qu'il fallait le faire nous-même A part ce point l'hôtel est vraiment bien, je recommande vivement !

The rooms are amazing for Zürich, nicely decorated and Well equiped. Very Nice outside spaces. Location is Good about 15 minutes from HB. Check in and finding the actual rooms was complicated. The rooms are hidden on the 5th Floor of an Office building, with everything controlled via your phone. Hotel also lacks cooling which is a bit challenging in the Zürich heat.

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area The apartment was spotless and stocked with everything needed for our stay. I received communication saying I was ready to check in and could do so after 3pm. What this communication didn't say was that I would receive another communication at 3pm with the info needed for self check-in.

The room was clean and sufficient in size. It was basically a very small apartment. We found that there is no one at the desk to answer questions as the person that was there "didn't work there" so we would have to contact the owner on WhatsApp. We just dealt with the issue (more of my husband's lack of digital experience) and were fine. However, we got there at 3:05pm and there was no one to give any explanation of how anything in the place worked, which was very frustrating for us older folks that haven't dealt with an all digital space before. They were very quick to drop off toilet paper when we asked the girl at the desk, and the gentleman that came up was nice enough to show me how to run the TV, on the 4th day we were there. This would have been a 5 if we had had someone to give some instruction or at least a call to make sure we got checked in okay or needed help. It's very odd to only have someone available until 3pm when there are people checking in after that.
