Kameha is rocking in Zurich

We traveled to Zurich for the Art on Ice show at Hallenstadion and stayed at this hotel, which stands out as one of the city's finest. Despite its size, the hotel offers a luxurious, intimate, and personalized experience. The staff across the board, from the front desk to food and beverage services to housekeeping, is exceptionally professional and courteous. We continue to be regulars. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so special.

The hotel looks very nice and has some modern updates. In the room the shower wall was stained from water and the sink was stained from coffee drops. The bed was on the firm side. There should be a USB or C plug in the room for charging phones. The restaurant was closed but the food at the bar and the bartender were great.

It’s very convenient and a very decent hotel with great staff. However, we got a room that had directly was opposite another house with people having direct view to our bed. We had to keep the curtains closed entire of the time. Bathroom and toilet had one door. You could open only one or the other. Good for a single person but not for 2 occupants.

Upon arrival, the staff member at the desk upgraded our room, free of charge (which was lovely). However, we were checked into a room that was not cleaned. After going back down, they moved us to a different room. In the new room, there were “coffee” stains all over the wall beside each side of the bed. On the second day, a cleaning lady came into our room and asked us if we wanted it cleaned at 8pm? We had obviously said no given the time. Then when they did clean it the day after, the coffee mugs were not replaced nor were the coffee packets. The shower smelt very muggy and old. Overall, not impressed with this hotel.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Kameha Hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Levin. He was absolutely brilliant—attentive, professional, and always went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. His warm and genuine approach made us feel truly welcomed, and he added such a personal touch that elevated our whole experience. Levin really made our stay even more special, and we can’t thank him enough. Highly recommend!
