Excellent location with an easy walk to the main train station, river,lake,restaurants and shops. Awesome rooftop patio and loft in our top floor unit. Kitchen was well equipped and coffee maker was great! 10 out of 10 in my opinion.

This was one of the most affordable properties we found in Zurich. The room we stayed in had one bed, a sofa couch, and kitchen. The space was exactly what we needed. The AC unit provided is one that uses a tube through a window, meaning you have to have the window open in order to use it. This wasn't a huge issue since it was a little chilly during our stay so we didn't have to use it the whole time. This building is near nightlife though, so just be mindful that if you do need to open a window you can hear everything going on down below. There is no lift, but this is specified in the listing and we did not have much of a problem. There is no self service laundry in the building or close by, so just be mindful of this. Very close to the train and Zurich is a walkable city. It was a good stay overall. Thank you

I couldn't drop off luggage beforehand like other hotels but it was fine, I put the bags in storage while we waited for the room to be ready. I got a what's app message early at 1pm that the room was ready and entry was so smooth. Room was perfect for my son and I the sofa bed was already made up when we got in. There is a supermarket very close nearby and it wasn't too far from the train station. We didn't have any noise at night either. I knew there wasn't an elevator but I was grateful we were only on the first floor but we packed lightly so we were ready if it ended up being the 5th floor. Loved it! Will be back if I need a kitchen next time.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We were a bit confused as to how to leave the property, so we started the dishwasher and removed the trash, but did not find a dumpster to take the trash to. Other than that, we will definitely book this property when in Zurich again.

Do not stay here. Simple as that. We have just had two nightmare nights. No air con and they do not tell you that there is a nightclub around the corner that thumps music until 2am with people congregating outside the property until 5am so cannot open windows as was so loud even with ear plugs still could not sleep. Room was 31 degrees. Ended up sleeping on bathroom floor. No one has had any sleep. Worst thing was we are travelling with kids and they must know this and did not warn us so we could make other arrangements. Set up basic. No reception at all. Just not worth it. We would NEVER go back. Told owners about our experience and no attempt to compensate for NO sleep. Bad service.

Everything was fine, but the lack of cleaning services wasn’t ideal. The room wasn’t stocked with enough soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc, and the amount we got had to last us our whole stay (outside of the replacements we bought ourselves).
