「Hotel, everyone and everything were top class Alberto was so welcoming and made sure I had a great room with a fantastic Mountain View. Dining was very good and the waiter service was 1st class. Better then so called top restaurants A little remote but the quiet and the drive there was great. I will hopefully come back 1 day」

「バス停近くのホテルですが、階段を降りる必要があり、スーツケースを持っていると苦労します。 場所は町中でレストランや買い物に困ることがありません。 大きなスーパーが歩いて5分ほどのところにあります。 朝食は種類も多く、美味しいです。 フローリアに行くケーブルカー乗場も歩いて5分ぐらいです。 私の部屋は非常に広く、洋服ダンスに鍵がありました。 朝食は、7時30分からです。 私は利用しておりませんが、朝食をとらずに出かける場合は朝食ボックスを作ってくれるとのことです。 」

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney...
