「Beautiful serene property complete with olive trees! The apartment was comfortable and spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host/hostess were also lovely.」

「The owner of the property was an absolute delight to talk to! The breakfast she personally put together was done very well and was very fresh! We enjoyed the history of her property and her husband with their collection of antique items on property. The history of their business was very interesting to listen to. The room was comfortable and well appointed as well and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.」

「Room was clean and very comfortable. Easy check in with host . We had the room located at the very top which was difficult to carry up heavy luggage . The room was very quiet despite bar crowd below .」

「The most wonderful property and beautiful scenery of all our trip to Emilia Romana. Francesca and her husband GianMarco and family, owners and hosts of Villa Messori, know how to feel guests at home. We won’t hesitate to stay there again in the future.」

「The location is beautiful overlooking the city and the hills. The owners were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner; walk was beautiful and diner was tasty. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Thank you :)」

「We loved our stay here! So much space, a comfortable bed, and so close to everything. The room was clean and we had breakfast coupons for a little cafe down the way. Couldn't have been happier. Would stay here again!」

「Great clean room, close to the airport, hosts were fast to respond and very helpful!」

「Great apartment with excellent cleaning staff. Very bright hallway. 4 flights of stairs!! Great location」

「We arrived quite late and it was a little difficult to find in the dark, but our hosts were able to come out to meet us at the gate. The hosts were amazing! We arrived as guests and left after 4 nights feeling like family. They are wonderful. The breakfast was home made with more variety than we could wish for. Best breakfast we have had in Italy! If you are wanting to stay in the Modena area, this is a great place to call home for a few days. Hosts are 11/10!」
