"The guy who checked us in was super nice. The lady who works days is helpful. The guy that works nights is not very good. The hotel was under construction so a lot of supplies were laying around. The room was clean. They do something stupid with the keys. We kept having to get the key reprogrammed every time we left the room.one of the employees told us the keys were canceling out because someone was getting keys to the rooms I hope they weren’t going through our stuff while we were out."

"Keep scrolling. This should not be under Wyndham. False. There were bed bugs. No mattress or pillow protectors. There was blood on the corners of the mattress and underneath it. I spent maybe two seconds in the room because the manager suggested I go look at how clean it was before processing my refund. They tried to say the room had to be put out of order because it was dirty. No — the room needs to be taken out of service for an infestation. The reason it was pulled was because I pulled the sheets back and saw bed bugs. Before even checking in, the parking lot felt like a trap house. People were all over the parking lot, and it was bad enough that there was security posted at the front desk."
