Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a single room from 6/30–7/3 for a work trip. On 6/30, my family joined me, so I booked a second room for one night. The front desk ran my card, charged me, but claimed they didn’t receive the payment—even after I showed proof through my banking app and had my bank rep speak to them directly. They still refused to release the room and demanded I pay again. I took my family to Holiday Inn Express instead—which was far better.
When I returned alone to my original room, I found used condom wrappers on the floor and stained bedding. I complained and was moved to another room, which had filthy bedding and a dirty bathroom. There was clearly no housekeeping onsite. The third room was slightly better, but the front desk woman actually got upset when I pulled the bedspread back to check for cleanliness. I even offered to change the sheets myself because I had already prepaid and didn’t want to lose more money.
The front desk staff was lazy, rude, and unprofessional the entire stay. For days they claimed no manager was onsite or reachable. This place isn’t just poorly run—it’s completely unfit for guests. Do not stay here. Comfort Inn should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. I’ll never be back and will tell everyone I know to stay far away.
