The staff were always friendly and accommodating. We all went half board and were well fed with good food. Breakfast was a wealth of choice, both continental and some English staples. 「We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment at The House for a recent ski trip with the family. The apartment was clean & spacious and rooms were large enough. All the facilities were there to make breakfasts & dinner. Great location, literally a 3 minute walk to the City Express Gondola, where you can leave your rental skis in the depot and your ski boots in a 3 Euro/day boot locker. The only real down side was the cost of breakfast at 22 Euros per person per day, a bit steep so we bought food in from...

「If I could give this property a 100 stars I would! This was the BEST place to stay during our time in Saalbach! The convenience of the ski mountain, the convenience of the lockers for the skis, the dinner and breakfast everyday included with our price of the hotel, the lounge with the afternoon snacks included, the sauna, the hotel rooms with the balcony! I can't rave enough about this hotel! We had the best time and wiil return next year!」

「JUFA系列のホテルはどこも同じ様な感じで、ちょっとしたスポーツ施設(卓球場)があり、身体を少し動かすのにはとても良いです。駐車場(無料)は広いです。場所は車だったので、不便さは不明。お部屋はまあまあ綺麗でやや広めですが、夏だったせいか窓が半開きになっていて、閉まってなく、部屋に蚊がいました。大人2名と高校1名の3名で泊まり、2段ベットでした。2段目のベッドはやや幅が狭いが、マットは良かったです。ただ2段ベッドの階段の登り下り時、ラダーの踏み板が細いので足裏が痛いが、ツボマッサージになるかも。1Fにバーカウンターがあり、飲み物とピザ程度は食べれますが、夕食をしっかり食べることが出来る程のレストランではありません。またスタッフの方達は皆親切です。近くのカジュアルなイタイアンレストランも教えてくださいました。朝食はいろいろあり十分です。不足を感じたのは、エレベーターがないので荷物の上げ下ろしが、チョー不便です。また部屋でwifiが使えない(1Fの公共スペースのみ無料wifi)。部屋に電気ポットがない。不足はありますが総合的にはまずまずでした。」

Location was brilliant, very close to ski lifts and in middle of village close to shops, bars and restaurants. 」
